About the role
Etihad is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive revenue across assigned accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships while promoting new products, services, and promotions to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts, ensuring Etihad’s sales targets are achieved.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop winning sales strategies.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Communicate regularly with accounts about new offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Draft and negotiate contractual agreements in line with company policies.
- Represent Etihad in client meetings, external events, and regional stakeholder interactions.
- Lead the development of new territories or stations and act as the primary point of contact for GSAs.
- Coach and mentor new sales representatives, providing training and day‑to‑day support.
- Analyze market potential and convert opportunities into revenue using the sales toolkit.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a sales team.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize strategic projects and represent the company in various forums.
