Sales Representative - Lighting Products

About the role

Noor AlFalaq Co., a lighting company founded in 1977 and supplying premium lighting products for small, medium and large projects since 2016, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative in Amman, Jordan. The representative engages new and existing customers, presents lighting products and guides them toward solutions that fit project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, conduct product demonstrations and prepare quotations.
• Follow up on leads to close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Support project-based clients from initial inquiry through after-sales service.
• Build strong relationships, represent the brand professionally and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals.
• Ability to understand technical or product specifications, preferably related to lighting, electrical or construction projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with clear verbal and written English.
• Solid organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
• Comfort using basic office software and sales tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, email and presentation software.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, project-based sales or the lighting/building materials industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Amman, Jordan.
