Female Field Sales Representative – Beauty, Spas & B2B

About the role

RIVAGE, a brand built on the mineral-rich waters and mud of the Dead Sea, develops facial, body and hair care products combining minerals and botanical ingredients. It is hiring a full-time hybrid Sales Representative for Beauty, Spas and B2B based in Amman, Jordan, with a mix of on-site client visits and work-from-home duties. The representative identifies and grows business with spas, salons, beauty centers, hotels and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hotel spas, beauty shops, salons and wellness facilities, and expand market coverage across Jordan.
• Identify and secure new B2B and institutional sales opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, present products, run product demonstrations and training, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve sales targets and manage customer orders, including following up on order processing and tracking deliveries.
• Prepare purchase orders, sales documentation and customer records, and provide after-sales support.
• Track customer interactions in CRM tools, prepare regular sales reports, collect market feedback and collaborate with marketing and operations on promotions and product launches.
• Represent the brand at industry events and exhibitions when required.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness or hospitality.
• An established professional network in the relevant market sectors.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel within Jordan.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in managing orders and customer follow-ups.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
