Sales Representative – E-Wallets

About the role

A team of Sales Representatives is being recruited in Amman, Jordan, with 1-2 years of experience. The role covers field sales, customer acquisition and merchant relationship management for e-wallet services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new agents and merchants for e-wallet services.
• Conduct field visits to promote electronic payment solutions.
• Guide clients through registration and activation processes.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and agents.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in field sales or customer acquisition.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in e-wallets, fintech or electronic payment services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and meet sales targets.
• Owns a private vehicle and holds a valid driver's license.
