Sales Representative – Neuromodulation, Neurovascular & Pelvic Health

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a results‑driven Sales Representative to grow its Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health portfolio across indirect markets in Jordan. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be the primary commercial liaison for distributors and customers, driving revenue and market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share for the Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health portfolio.
• Manage distributor performance through business planning, regular reviews and corrective actions.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning, inventory management and pipeline reviews.
• Develop territory growth plans, pricing strategies and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, hospital management, procurement stakeholders and distributor leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists, marketing, finance, supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in medical devices, preferably in Neuromodulation, Neurovascular or Pelvic Health.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth.
• Experience with distributor‑led business models, territory management and forecasting.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.

• Ability to influence without direct authority and work in a matrix organization.
