Sales Specialist – Medical Supplies

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive the sales of our gene‑technology based medical supplies in Amman. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting product benefits and delivering tailored solutions to healthcare providers and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Present product features, benefits and customized solutions to healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product developments and provide market feedback.
• Prepare sales reports, attend industry events and support product demonstrations or training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven sales abilities including lead generation, negotiation and deal closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear presentations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on long‑term relationships.
• Experience in medical supplies, healthcare or biotechnology sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, medical science, life sciences or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman, manage a territory and travel locally as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic CRM tools.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
