Security Agent (Hotel)

About the role

The Security Agent ensures a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors at an Accor‑affiliated hotel. You will protect people and property through regular patrols, monitoring of security systems, and rapid response to incidents while upholding the brand’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all hotel areas, including guest floors, public spaces, back‑of‑house, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access‑control systems continuously.
• Protect hotel assets from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Ensure emergency exits, fire equipment, and escape routes remain accessible.
• Respond immediately to fires, medical incidents, disturbances, and security breaches.
• Prepare detailed incident, accident, and shift reports.
• Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
• Assist guests and staff courteously, escorting them when needed.
• Control staff, contractor, and visitor access to restricted areas.
• Participate in fire drills and emergency evacuations.
