Security Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Security Manager to lead the security operations of our hotel. You will ensure a safe environment for employees, guests, and all hotel assets while supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management on policies that comply with institutional, state and legal regulations.
• Guarantee that all hotel areas and property are secured at all times.
• Prepare and distribute written and verbal information on security policies, procedures and practices.
• Design and develop specialized training for security officers and other staff.
• Represent the hotel in formal meetings with external organizations on security matters.
• Investigate and record all allegations of crime and other incidents.
• Prepare annual security goals and monitor their achievement.
• Apply anti‑terrorist and bomb‑threat prevention procedures and manage emergency response.

Required profile

• Degree in security and crime management or a licensed security professional with relevant experience.
• Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, BHV or AED are a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strict adherence to procedures.
• Strong ability to motivate, direct people and resolve problems.
• Extensive knowledge of security equipment, policies, procedures and strategies.
