Senior Assessment Officer – Public Health (PHU)

About the role
IMPACT Initiatives, a humanitarian NGO based in Geneva, is seeking a Senior Assessment Officer (Public Health) to join its team in Amman. The position will support the organization’s work in the occupied Palestinian territories (oPt), where the humanitarian situation has reached dire levels, particularly in the Gaza Strip.
Key responsibilities
- Support the IMPACT team based in Amman.
- Contribute to public health assessments related to the oPt context.
- Work under a six‑month fixed‑term contract, pending funding confirmation.
- Begin duties on 1 August 2026.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with experience in public health assessment.
- Familiarity with humanitarian contexts is preferred.
