Senior Associate – Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Assurance team in Kuwait, responsible for delivering high‑quality audit engagements for a diverse client base. The role involves leading audit procedures, acting as a primary client contact, and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements and review work of junior team members.
• Support engagement managers in delivering high‑quality audit services.
• Act as a key client contact during audit assignments.
• Develop audit procedures, review evidence, and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to junior staff.
• Ensure timely completion and compliance with audit standards and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 3.5 years of audit experience in a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures and financial reporting standards.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
