Senior Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Business Intelligence and Data Analyst to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. The role involves designing, building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports while partnering with business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large volumes of data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Design and develop visualisations, dashboards and self‑service reports using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all reporting layers.
• Build predictive models and perform advanced analytics as needed.
• Document data models, processes and methodologies for scalability.
• Stay current with industry best practices in BI and analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar senior role.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.
