Senior Consultant - Beauty

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Beauty to join our flagship store in Amman. The role focuses on delivering personalized beauty advice, driving sales across fragrance, skincare, makeup and related categories, and supporting the junior sales team in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their beauty needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, brands, new launches, promotions and beauty trends.
• Support and mentor junior sales team members, sharing product knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure products are displayed, replenished, priced and presented according to brand and store standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the team.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling and maintaining store standards.
• Participate in product launches, promotional events and initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement.
