About the role
Orange Jordan is looking for a Senior Customer Care Advisor to join its team and help deliver exceptional service across multiple channels. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, identifying customer needs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with accuracy, efficiency and empathy.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain comprehensive customer records.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and FAQs to promote self‑service.
- Monitor feedback, identify trends and provide insights to management.
- Meet or exceed KPIs related to satisfaction, resolution time and first‑call resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
Required profile
- 0‑1 year of experience in customer care, sales or collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, accounting, business administration or a related field.
