Senior Electrical Engineer – Building Services (10-15 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer (10‑15 years) to lead building‑services design, coordination and construction supervision for property and building projects across the Middle East. Based in Amman, the role will involve reviewing electrical designs, supporting site teams and ensuring compliance with regional codes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electrical design review and coordination throughout all project phases.
• Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, technical and shop submissions.
• Support construction supervision teams and resolve on‑site electrical engineering issues.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor design implementation and align it with approved project objectives.
• Contribute to technical reviews, project reporting and stakeholder presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in electrical building‑services engineering, including power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm and related systems.
• Proven track record delivering property and building projects in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, construction practices and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting design review and construction supervision activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
