Senior Google Ads & Performance Specialist

About the role

ONQOL, a growth‑marketing agency, is seeking a senior specialist who lives and breathes data‑driven paid media. You will own end‑to‑end campaign management across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat and related platforms while collaborating closely with creative and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and optimise advertising campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat and other relevant channels.
• Execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisation.
• Implement, troubleshoot and maintain tracking solutions such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversion APIs.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, ensuring accurate data for performance analysis.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad creatives.
• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
• Prepare detailed campaign reports and strategic insights for clients.

Required profile

• Proven agency experience in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑first approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
