Senior Information Management Officer – Amman (Internal)

About the role
The Senior Information Management Officer will lead the aggregation and mapping of service and infrastructure data from humanitarian partners operating in the Gaza Strip. Reporting to the Research Manager, the role supports evidence‑driven planning and coordination across multiple sectors in a highly challenging environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and integrate service and infrastructure data from local, national, and international actors, including UN agencies.
- Produce comprehensive maps and dashboards that illustrate ongoing humanitarian programming across the Gaza Strip.
- Coordinate with ACTED, UNDP, UN‑Habitat and other partners to ensure data consistency and relevance.
- Support multi‑sectoral household assessments, displacement site mapping, and market assessments.
- Prepare analytical reports and visualisations for strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Proven experience in information management within humanitarian or development contexts.
- Ability to work independently, engage with diverse partners, and communicate objectives clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing field conditions.
