Senior Marketing & Communications Professional

About the role

The Arab Center of Engineering Studies (ACES) seeks a Senior Marketing & Communications Professional to lead the implementation of its brand strategy, corporate communications, and marketing initiatives across all business units, subsidiaries, and acquired entities. Based at the corporate head office in Amman, the role ensures brand consistency, supports business development, and enhances market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing and corporate communication plans aligned with ACES strategic objectives.
• Coordinate the rebranding workplan, manage timelines, and report progress across functions.
• Ensure adoption of approved brand standards and communication guidelines by regional offices, subsidiaries, and acquired businesses.
• Prepare and monitor annual marketing and communication budgets.
• Lead integrated marketing, branding, and content initiatives across business units.
• Supervise projects to guarantee quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Establish campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, media outlets, designers, printers, event organizers, and external consultants.
• Prepare executive updates and presentations on brand rollout, collateral refresh, website content progress, and marketing performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing or communications roles, preferably within an engineering or technical services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead brand strategy implementation and manage large‑scale rebranding projects.
• Strong budget management skills and experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including coordination with regional offices, subsidiaries, and external partners.
