Senior Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to turn complex marketing data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, campaign optimisation and revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, sales and management teams to ensure data‑driven performance across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret data from campaigns, digital channels, CRM systems and other sources.
• Monitor and evaluate performance across lead generation, social media, email, PPC, SEO and remarketing.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and automated reporting tools for key performance indicators.
• Analyse marketing funnels, conversion rates, customer acquisition metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Measure and report on ROI, lead quality, CAC and channel performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimisation and budget allocation.
• Conduct trend analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare executive‑level reports and presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
• Support forecasting, performance planning and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, reporting or data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate marketing data into strategic insights.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (PPC, SEO, social, email, lead generation, attribution).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
