Senior Media Buyer – Paid Advertising Specialist

About the role

Everest Marketing & Advertising is seeking a results‑driven Media Buyer to lead paid advertising initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Create tailored Marketing Plans that reflect each client’s objectives, budget and KPIs.
• Build media‑buying strategies focused on maximizing ROI and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Design, Video Production and Account Management teams.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently while ensuring cost‑effective results.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience in media buying and performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive marketing plans and digital strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Effective communication, presentation and client‑management abilities.
