Senior Sales Executive - Partnerships Manager

About the role

A motivated, commercially driven Senior Sales Executive - Partnerships Manager is sought in Amman, Jordan, to support business growth through merchant acquisition, strategic partnerships and account management. The role develops new business in e-commerce, retail, SMEs and corporate sectors while delivering tailored logistics and fulfillment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new business customers and e-commerce merchants, and build a sales pipeline to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders and service providers, and present logistics, fulfillment, delivery and shipping solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing offers, presentations and business cases; lead negotiations and support onboarding and contract management.
• Manage key accounts, monitor performance, shipment volumes, revenue and profitability, and drive customer retention.
• Conduct market research, represent the company at industry events and network functions, and work with internal teams on service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, courier services, fulfillment or last-mile delivery preferred.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B clients.
• Fluent Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Sales, negotiation and closing skills, and ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Commercial awareness of pricing and profitability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
