About the role

Studio 5, a creative agency based in Amman, is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead its social media practice. This full‑time, on‑site position combines hands‑on strategy development with team leadership, ensuring high‑quality delivery for a portfolio of GCC clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Account Managers team, overseeing day‑to‑day client account activities.
• Review and approve content calendars, briefs, strategies, monthly plans, and client deliverables.
• Develop social media strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, brand positioning, and platform trends.
• Design content pillars, campaign concepts, and monthly content plans.
• Create detailed shoot and production plans, coordinating photoshoots and video shoots with creative partners.
• Ensure all shoots are properly briefed, executed, and delivered according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to guarantee content reflects approved strategy and brand identity.
• Monitor social media performance, translate analytics into actionable recommendations, and keep the team updated on emerging trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior social media strategist with a track record of turning brand goals into effective campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and mentoring a team of account managers.
• Excellent organizational abilities to maintain content calendars, approvals, and client communications.
• Ability to work closely with creative, production, and client teams in a fast‑paced agency environment.
