SEO Content & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized SEO Content & Operations Coordinator to manage website content, coordinate freelance writers, and support SEO performance. The role is hands‑on, mid‑junior, and involves regular interaction with clients and partners in English (and Arabic).

Key responsibilities

• Manage, review, update and publish website articles and landing pages, ensuring SEO‑friendly structure.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links and identify content gaps.
• Perform basic technical SEO checks such as broken‑link detection, indexing issues and duplicate content.
• Monitor organic performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, track traffic, impressions, clicks and rankings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest practical improvements.
• Coordinate a small team of freelance writers: create briefs, assign topics, review drafts, provide feedback and manage publishing schedules.
• Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, prepare notes, and communicate updates via email and simple presentations.
• Support business‑development activities by researching leads and identifying upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO, content management or digital marketing.
• Strong spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with freelancers and clients.
