SharePoint Architect – Government Projects

About the role

The SharePoint Architect will lead the design, implementation, and documentation of SharePoint solutions supporting mission‑critical activities for government projects at the Joint Training Center in Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint infrastructure, development, and operational practices.
• Assist in defining, developing, and documenting mission requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project‑by‑project basis.
• Serve as the senior technical resource, guiding project teams on technical decisions to ensure mission success.
• Implement SharePoint solutions in compliance with government requirements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage and oversee SharePoint usage to support mission‑critical activities and long‑term initiatives.

Required profile

• Active US Government Secret clearance (interim acceptable) and US citizenship.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience supporting SMS 2003, SCCM 2007, or SCCM 2012 in an enterprise environment.
• Security+ certification.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for mission support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
