SME Relationship Manager – Irbid Center

About the role

Jordan Kuwait Bank is looking for a talented SME Relationship Manager to join its Irbid Center. You will manage and grow a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise clients, providing tailored banking solutions that support their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients by understanding their financial needs and business models.
• Provide expert financial advice and recommend banking solutions aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Monitor client portfolio performance and proactively identify growth and improvement opportunities.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to enhance product penetration.
• Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, and participation in business and community events.
• Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with bank policies and applicable regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SME banking processes and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5–9 years of experience in SME or corporate banking.
• Solid experience in credit structuring and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
