Social Media Account Manager

About the role

Nixors Creative Agency is seeking an experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our on‑site team in Amman. You will own client accounts from strategy through execution, ensuring campaigns meet brand objectives, timelines, and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies aligned with client goals, audience insights, and market positioning.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with creative, copy, design, video, and production teams to deliver content.
• Manage client communication, meetings, feedback loops, and approvals.
• Support paid social campaigns, including Meta Ads setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimisation.
• Plan and oversee photo and video productions, scout locations, prepare briefs, and follow content from concept to final delivery.
• Monitor social media performance, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, social media, or digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Ability to translate client objectives into clear creative and production briefs.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
