Social Media Brand Ambassador (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

Owl Brand (Jo) is looking for a full‑time Social Media Brand Ambassador to join its team in Amman. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work from the office and remotely while representing the brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish a content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns.
• Film and edit short‑form videos, tutorials, reviews and live sessions.
• Write compelling captions and posts that reflect the brand voice.
• Engage with followers through comments, direct messages and community interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives and brand activations.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and suggest improvements to boost reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing and engaging audiences on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft clear brand messages.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing product‑focused content.
• Professional, reliable and able to manage time between on‑site work in Amman and remote tasks.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with awareness of current trends.
