Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, creation and publishing of content across multiple social platforms to support Aimstyle’s branding and marketing goals. Working remotely, you will ensure a consistent, professional online presence while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content calendars for all major platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish posts optimized for engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights and trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align social messaging with broader campaigns.
• Respond to audience interactions and maintain community engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, best practices and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong communication and writing abilities to craft brand‑aligned messages.
• Experience designing and implementing content strategies for various channels.
• Ability to analyze metrics, generate actionable reports and refine tactics.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram and scheduling platforms.
• Self‑motivated remote work style with effective collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in branding, digital marketing or agency environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
