Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are expanding our in‑house marketing team at Future parts for marketing services and need a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead 360° marketing initiatives for our real‑estate projects. The role combines strategic planning, content coordination and performance optimisation across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and maintain the content calendar.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers and external partners to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Plan, launch and monitor digital campaigns, providing actionable performance insights.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and follow‑up.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Conduct competitor research and track market trends.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite.
• Digital marketing tools.
• CRM systems (knowledge is a plus).
• Marketing analytics platforms.
