Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

WeCreate Agency is looking for a full‑time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join its Amman office. You will be responsible for planning, creating and scheduling content that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars for all client accounts.
• Write, edit and schedule posts, coordinating visuals with designers.
• Monitor community interactions, including comments, messages and mentions.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and account teams to ensure integrated digital initiatives and consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation across multiple platforms.
• Solid foundation in digital marketing concepts, campaign funnels and basic analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Relevant agency experience preferred; a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial.
