Social Media Specialist & Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist & Media Buyer with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing agencies to manage social media accounts and run paid advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands, develop and maintain content calendars, write engaging captions, and schedule and publish posts, Reels, and Stories across platforms.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of creative assets.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, manage advertising budgets, and drive lead generation and sales performance.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking setups, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and GA4, to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Execute retargeting strategies, conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and audiences, and compile performance reports for clients.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience working in digital marketing agencies, handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in paid social and search campaigns, with examples of past account performance.
