Spa Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Attendant to join our hotel’s spa team. In this role you will ensure guests enjoy a seamless, relaxing experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, engaging service to all spa guests.
• Assist in the daily operation of all spa departments and stay familiar with all treatment offerings.
• Manage linen inventory, coordinating laundry schedules as needed.
• Guide members and guests to appointments and help them use facilities such as sauna, steam room, and whirlpool.
• Prepare treatment rooms according to established guidelines.
• Maintain the spa and locker rooms in pristine, sanitary condition and report any equipment issues.
• Stock amenities and ensure locker rooms remain tidy.
• Follow all departmental policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
