About the role
Join a hotel within the Accor network and become a Heartist® delivering professional and friendly service in the spa area. You will support the operation of all spa departments and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with appointments and the use of sauna, steam, whirlpool, and other facilities.
- Prepare treatment rooms according to guidelines and maintain linen inventory.
- Keep the spa and locker rooms clean, sanitary, and well‑stocked with amenities.
- Report any equipment deficiencies and follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Required profile
- Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and able to remain calm and courteous.
