Spa Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our hotel’s wellness team. You will deliver professional massage and aesthetic treatments while ensuring each guest feels comfortable and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage services (30‑120 minutes) and body treatments.
• Perform aesthetic services such as facials and nail care as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment.
• Support other spa areas, including product knowledge, retail sales, and body treatments.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities.
• Follow all departmental, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Certification from an accredited school of Massage and Aesthetics.
• Current professional licenses.
• Previous experience as a massage therapist (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
