Staff Nurse (Jordanian National)

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its healthcare team at the Dead Sea Road facility in Sweimeh, Jordan. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, monitoring health status, and supporting the overall wellbeing of guests and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries, assess needs, and determine appropriate assistance.
• Record symptoms, medical information, and changes in condition.
• Measure and document vital signs, administer medications and intravenous fluids.
• Provide basic treatments such as wound dressing, muscle massage, and temperature regulation.
• Deliver emergency care for injuries or illnesses and arrange further medical attention when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Follow company policies, report safety incidents, and use personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• No supervisory experience required.
