Talent Acquisition Section Head

About the role

A leading company is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Section Head to lead its recruitment function and support the attraction, sourcing, and hiring of high‑quality talent. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy, lead the Talent Acquisition team, and partner with hiring managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, overseeing end‑to‑end recruitment for open positions across the organization.
• Design and execute the recruitment plan and sourcing strategy in alignment with business and workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements, specifications, and selection criteria.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection processes to ensure timely, quality hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, including career sites, social media, job fairs, and university partnerships.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other external sourcing channels.
• Track and report Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition budget and ensure activities remain within approved limits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and equal‑opportunity standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with proven experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and team leadership.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Proven ability to manage a recruitment budget and monitor performance KPIs.
• Solid understanding of the talent market, recruitment trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
