Talent Acquisition Specialist – 5‑Month Maternity Cover (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global People Team on a 5‑month fixed‑term contract, covering a maternity leave. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the Chief People Officer, supporting CXG’s worldwide growth by attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for CXG offices across EMEA, Americas, APAC and remote hires, managing job postings, screening, interviews, assessments and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
• Conduct first‑round interviews and enhance candidate experience through clear communication.
• Support employer branding, recruitment policy updates and hiring‑tool improvements.
• Drive the ATS migration project, including data transfer, workflow setup, testing, go‑live and user training.
• Maintain core People systems such as Factorial, Workable, HR SharePoint and AI recruitment tools.
• Lead global mobility processes, coordinating relocations and internal moves with HRBPs and managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple global searches simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and process discipline.
• High cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication across regions.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience with ATS platforms and migration projects (e.g., Factorial, Workable, HR SharePoint).
• Familiarity with AI recruitment tools and assessment platforms.
• Knowledge of international mobility, visa and relocation processes.
