About the role
The Technical & Delivery Manager drives flawless execution of product and project delivery across ReguTech's technical organization, aligning product strategy, engineering execution, and delivery governance.
Key responsibilities
- Define, communicate and enforce delivery milestones, quality standards and release criteria; manage delivery cadence and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Engineering Manager and Tech Team Leads to translate business requirements into realistic roadmaps and ensure a single definition of done.
- Coach teams on execution excellence, build delivery capability and foster a culture of ownership, predictability and quality.
- Ensure technical sustainability by understanding architecture, tech stack and regulatory compliance (PDPL, NCA ECC, SAMA, DGA).
Required profile
- 8+ years in software delivery, programme or technical project management, with 5+ years working directly with product and engineering teams.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time, within quality and budget constraints.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments, preferably fintech or RegTech.

- DevOps and CI/CD concepts
