About the role
The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at a prestigious Ritz‑Carlton property in Amman. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling calls, providing information, and ensuring a seamless, memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and local area information.
- Process operational requests, complete reports, and document guest interactions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Perform light physical tasks such as moving, lifting, or carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
