About the role
We are looking for a motivated TeleSales Representative (B2C) to join Jo Academy’s sales team. The role focuses on generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships for our EdTech products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities, including calls, visits, and meetings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and identify their needs.
- Qualify leads, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and handle objections.
- Escalate complex issues when required and follow up on pending orders.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and sales initiatives while adhering to company scripts and quality standards.
- Submit activity and performance reports and perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2C or telemarketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation and target‑driven mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic with good English skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Familiarity with telephony systems.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of sales/marketing automation tools.
