About the role

Marriott International’s Voyage program is a full‑time, paid development experience for recent graduates, offering a 12‑18 month journey across hotel sales and marketing functions. Participants rotate through real‑world assignments, receive mentorship, and work on projects that drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate customer relationships and act as a champion for innovation within the hotel.
• Manage projects, improve processes, and present new initiatives through a Voyage‑specific project.
• Participate in management meetings, collaborate with global Voyage participants, and contribute ideas to solve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Associates acceptable for Culinary) obtained on or after March 2025, or expected graduation within 12 months.
• Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication, and self‑management abilities.
• Desire for personal and professional growth and the right to work in the destination country (visa provided for UAE).
