About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at the Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea and deliver friendly, attentive service to guests, helping them enjoy memorable dining experiences in a stunning desert‑by‑the‑sea setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with menu selections and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare tables and service stations, keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Communicate dietary requirements and allergies to the kitchen team.
• Process bills accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle guest inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of food and beverage service experience in a hotel.
• Friendly, guest‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Good command of English and basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills
