YouTube Sponsorships & Brand Deals Manager (Remote, Commission‑Based)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sponsorships & Brand Deals Manager to help grow Jouza3tivity, a new YouTube channel focused on business advice, productivity, book summaries, and Notion tutorials. The position is fully remote and compensation is 100% commission based, tied directly to each partnership you secure.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify sponsorship opportunities that align with the channel’s content.
• Create and present proposals, pitch decks, and media kits for potential partners.
• Reach out to brands, agencies, and sponsors via email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to secure repeat collaborations.
• Track and report on leads, outreach activities, and closed deals.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with good English communication skills.
• Strong pitching, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely using digital tools.
