YouTube Sponsorships & Brand Deals Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sponsorships & Brand Deals Manager to help grow our new YouTube channel focused on business advice, productivity, and more. The position is fully remote and commission‑based, with earnings tied directly to each partnership you secure.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities relevant to our channel’s content.
• Create and present sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and media kits.
• Reach out to companies, agencies, and potential sponsors via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Negotiate terms and secure deals that benefit both the brand and the channel.
• Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat collaborations.
• Provide regular reports on leads, outreach, and closed deals.

Required profile

• Proficient in Arabic (spoken and written) with good English skills.
• Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in sponsorships, partnerships, influencer marketing, or sales.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely using online tools.
