About the role

Cisco is looking for an Account Executive to lead the Iraq territory from a Jordan base. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Cisco’s technology portfolio with customers’ strategic priorities to drive digital transformation across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Iraq territory strategy, identifying opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders in Iraqi accounts.
  • Position Cisco’s full portfolio to deliver measurable business value and long‑term success.
  • Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and close strategic deals.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, partners, and services teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Travel regularly to Iraq to engage customers and strengthen market presence.

Required profile

  • Proven experience leading end‑to‑end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts within a defined territory.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
  • Strong track record in negotiating value‑based solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Iraq.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Jordan.
