Account Executive – Portfolio (Iraq market, based in Jordan)

About the role
Cisco is looking for an Account Executive to lead the Iraq territory from a Jordan base. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Cisco’s technology portfolio with customers’ strategic priorities to drive digital transformation across public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the Iraq territory strategy, identifying opportunities across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders in Iraqi accounts.
- Position Cisco’s full portfolio to deliver measurable business value and long‑term success.
- Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and close strategic deals.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, partners, and services teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Travel regularly to Iraq to engage customers and strengthen market presence.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading end‑to‑end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts within a defined territory.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
- Strong track record in negotiating value‑based solutions.
- Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Iraq.
- Must be willing to relocate to Jordan.
