About the role
Join the Perfumery & Beauty sales team in Amman to coordinate client accounts and commercial projects. You will act as the central link between customers and internal functions, ensuring smooth execution of sampling, submissions, and day‑to‑day requests while supporting overall client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end customer projects using project‑management tools, coordinating cross‑functional teams and tracking sampling, submissions, and client requests.
- Maintain accurate commercial data such as pricing, master data, product portfolio updates, and related documentation.
- Prepare and organise client interactions – meetings, presentations, shipments, and follow‑ups – to guarantee seamless communication.
- Support administrative tasks including contract filing, calendar and travel assistance, expense handling, and general office duties.
- Provide analytical and planning support for reporting, demand planning, budgeting, and LE preparation when required.
- Act as a super‑user for key systems, delivering user support, training, and driving process improvements.
Required profile
- Technical degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in commercial support or coordination.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities, proactive mindset, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution‑oriented attitude.
