About the role

The Account Management Assistant Manager supports the delivery of account strategies aimed at driving profitable revenue growth and strengthening KPMG’s brand with key clients. Working closely with senior account leaders, service lines and alliance partners, the role ensures coordinated business development and client engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day account management activities and preparation of annual planning workshops.
  • Coordinate regular client service team meetings, track activity, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager, Client Lead Partner and internal stakeholders to implement business development initiatives.
  • Liaise with alliance partners and marketing teams to manage client engagement and develop communication materials.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity records in CRM systems.
  • Assist in identifying sales opportunities, gathering client insights and preparing value‑proposition presentations.
  • Promote adherence to KPMG business‑development best practices and participate in required training.

Required profile

  • University degree (MA in Business Administration or equivalent).
  • 5‑7 years of client‑facing key account or business‑development management experience.
  • Strong client‑facing sales and account‑planning expertise.
  • Proven networking ability to generate commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple work streams under pressure.
