Accountant – EMEA Finance Team

About the role

Acuative is seeking a hands‑on Accountant to join its EMEA finance team. Reporting to the EMEA Accounting Manager, you will support both EMEA and US operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger accounting, including month‑end closing and trial‑balance analysis.
• Handle project‑related invoicing, financial analysis, and multi‑currency transactions.
• Manage collections, follow up on outstanding receivables, and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal teams across the USA, KSA, and UK to meet financial deadlines.
• Support process improvements, productivity enhancements, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable).
