Applications Specialist (Digital Products)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Applications Specialist to join our IT team and drive the bank’s digital transformation. You will develop, maintain, and support digital applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support digital applications within the bank’s IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new application solutions.
• Ensure applications run efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance.
• Conduct system audits to verify compliance with security protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users.
• Contribute to digital product strategies, roadmaps, and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
• In‑depth understanding of microservices architecture and API integration.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise).
• Expertise in version control systems and branching workflows (Git, GitFlow).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Sound knowledge of banking principles and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Proven experience in release management processes.
