Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

About the role

The Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager supports the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence at Four Seasons Amman. This role is hands‑on, ensuring every guest enjoys a personalized and memorable dining experience while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily outlet operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Lead by example on the floor, engaging with guests, anticipating needs and creating personalized dining experiences.
• Assist in maximizing revenue through effective table management, reservation planning and operational efficiency during peak periods.
• Build lasting relationships with guests by recognizing preferences and ensuring memorable experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback, concerns and special requests, taking ownership to achieve complete satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach and motivate the outlet team, maintaining high standards of service, product knowledge, grooming and professional conduct.
• Support planning and execution of special events, promotions and menu initiatives in collaboration with culinary and beverage teams.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and maintenance throughout the outlet.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage outlet operations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills, with the ability to coach and motivate staff.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work during peak periods and special events.
