Assistant Manager - Forensics

About the role

EY Forensic & Integrity Services is looking for an Assistant Manager to join its MENA Forensics team in Amman. You will support compliance and risk assessments, work on diverse forensic projects, and help develop junior team members while gaining exposure to a fast‑paced market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee regulatory compliance, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and internal controls services for clients.
• Assist clients in establishing anti‑fraud units, including designing governance frameworks, drafting policies and procedures, and building unit structures.
• Collaborate with client operational risk teams to develop key risk indicators and reporting mechanisms.
• Package project findings into clear, high‑quality deliverables and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Drive business‑process improvements, model quality and risk‑management standards, and ensure project teams follow Q&RM guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in financial‑crime compliance (AML/CFT, sanctions, anti‑bribery, corruption, fraud) within banking or a public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of regulator expectations and international bodies such as FATF.
